LOCAL PICKUP IS ALWAYS WELCOMED AT WELLSTON PAWN. LOCAL PICK UPS ARE AVAILABLE ANY TIME DURING OUR NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED A LARGE OR HEAVY ITEM, PLEASE CALL AHEAD TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS. PLEASE UNDERSTAND, WE ASSIST OUR CUSTOMERS IN THE ORDER THEY ARRIVE. PLEASE ALLOW FLEXIBILITY IN YOUR SCHEDULE.
SHIPPING
Items will generally be packaged for shipping the same day or within 1 business day excluding holidays and weekends. We package all merchandise appropriately with bubble wrap, peanuts, etc.. We use only printed forms of labeling to ensure shipping information is as accurate as possible. This allows us to provide a higher level of satisfaction to our customers. If you live outside of our accepted "Ship To" locations, please contact us prior to making a purchase.
Understand that sometimes things do happen and once a package leaves our hands, we have no control over shipping carriers when a package may become lost, damaged, or arrives later than anticipated. If such an event should happen, we will do everything possible to work with our customers, and the shipping provider to the best of our ability.

PRIORITY MAIL- THIS IS A 2-3 DAY DELIVERY TIME, WHICH GREATLY REDUCES THE LIKELYHOOD OF AN ITEM BEING DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. WHEN POSSIBLE WE WILL PROVIDE FLAT RATE PRIORITY SERVICE. WE WILL PROVIDE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION ON ALL PRIORITY MAIL PACKAGES AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

WE CHARGE A MINIMAL FEE PER PACKAGE IN ORDER TO COVER THE COST OF PACKAGING MATERIALS SUCH AS PEANUTS, BUBBLE WRAP, ETC.
THESE ITEMS ARE COSTLY, BUT ARE DEEMED NECESSARY IN ORDER TO PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS.
THIS FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE ITEM'S QUOTED SHIPPING COST.
WE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE A PROFIT ON SHIPPING CHARGES.
SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE. HOWEVER, WE WILL CONSIDER ALTERNATE SHIPPING SERVICES UPON REQUEST.
UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE, INSURANCE IS APPLIED TO ALL ITEMS BEING SHIPPED.

OUR WARRANTY POLICY COVERS DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY.
SOME ITEMS WE LIST ARE SOLD "AS IS".
"AS IS" MEANS THERE IS NO EXPRESSED WARRANTY ON THE ITEM AND WE HAVE DESCRIBED ALL DEFECTS AS ACCURATELY AS POSSIBLE. THESE ITEMS ARE NON - REFUNDABLE.
RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ON ITEMS THAT ARE PROVEN TO BE DEFECTIVE WITHIN THE SPECIFIED WARRANTY PERIOD .
ALL ITEMS APPROVED FOR RETURN MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS SHIPPED. ITEMS FOUND TO BE TAMPERED WITH, DISASSEMBLED, OR ALTERED UPON RETURN DELIVERY WILL BE REFUSED.
WE WILL REPLACE, REPAIR, OR REFUND DEFECTIVE ITEMS AT OUR DISCRETION.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS DUE TO CONSUMER NEGLIGENCE OR MISUSE.
BUYER'S REMORSE IS NOT A REASONABLE EXCUSE FOR A RETURN. ASSUMING AN ITEM WAS IN BETTER CONDITION THAN ASSUMED, ANTICIPATED, OR EXPECTED IS NOT A REASONABLE EXCUSE FOR A RETURN.
IF FOR SOME REASON AN ITEM WILL JUST NOT WORK FOR YOU AND WE FIND IT ACCEPTABLE FOR RETURN, THE ITEM MUST BE PACKAGED AND SHIPPED IN THE PREVIOUS MANNER IT WAS RECEIVED. A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED. BUYER TO PAY ALL RETURN SHIPPING FEES.
